“环保酵素”又称“生态酶”，对于大多数人来说是个陌生的词汇，
在前期资料调研收集中了解到了国家有关环保的发展政策，了解到厨余垃圾一直是“无废城市”建设的重要攻坚点，
现代的人们追求健康饮食的同时会产生较大的鲜垃圾，相较于堆肥处理，利用餐厨废弃物制成生态酶，可用于除臭和堆肥栽培，其发酵产生的残渣晒干后也能作为肥料使用，由于其粗制滥造的生产方式，从中国农村推广到城市是困难的。
